These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“you” or “User”) and Vibe Hunting (“Vibe Hunting”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), operated by Vibe Hunting, 23rd Cross Rd, BDA Layout, HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560102, India. They govern your access to and use of our website at vibehunting.careers, our browser extension, and related features (together, the “Service”).

Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, or installing the extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and competent to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and your own.

You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a security or legal risk.

Vibe Hunting is an AI-assisted job-search tool. It scores how well your resume matches a specific job description, highlights strengths and gaps, suggests an application approach, helps you draft and store tailored answers to application questions, and helps you track the roles you apply to.

The Service is provided to support your own job search. You remain solely responsible for your applications, for the content you submit to employers, and for your own decisions. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and we may set reasonable usage limits.

Some features may be offered free of charge and others on a paid basis. Where fees apply, the price, billing cycle, and any auto-renewal terms will be disclosed to you before purchase. Paid plans may renew automatically until cancelled, and you may cancel future renewals at any time from your account. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST) unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; refunds, if any, are governed by our Refund Policy (where published) and applicable law.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service and install the extension for your personal job search. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of any law or any third party’s rights;
• Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the Service, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law;
• Scrape, harvest, or use automated means to access the Service or any third-party site in a manner that violates that site’s terms;
• Use the Service to submit false, misleading, or unlawful information to employers, or to send spam;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the integrity or security of the Service;
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our prior written permission; or
• Use the Service to process another person’s personal data without a lawful basis.

You are responsible for complying with the terms of any third-party job board or website on which you use the extension.

“User Content” means the resume, profile details, preferences, questions, answers, notes, and other materials you provide. You retain ownership of your User Content.

You grant Vibe Hunting a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, process, and adapt your User Content solely to operate, provide, and improve the Service and its features for you, including sending relevant inputs to our AI and infrastructure providers as described in the Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the rights to provide your User Content and that it does not infringe any third-party right or any law.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate match scores, analyses, recommendations, and draft answers (“Output”). Output is generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular purpose.

Output is provided to assist you and is not professional, career, legal, or employment advice. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any Output before you rely on it or submit it to an employer. We do not guarantee any particular result, including that you will be shortlisted, interviewed, or hired, or that any score reflects an employer’s actual assessment.

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, scoring methodology, and the “Vibe Hunting” name and logos, is owned by Vibe Hunting or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the licence expressly granted to you, we reserve all rights. You may not use our names, logos, or trademarks without our prior written permission.

The Service interoperates with third-party websites and job boards (such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and others) and relies on third-party providers. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by these third parties, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that party’s own terms and privacy policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any Output will be accurate or reliable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibe Hunting and its directors, officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or job opportunities, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) INR 5,000. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vibe Hunting and its personnel from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your User Content, your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, the licences granted to you end; provisions that by their nature should survive, including those on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law, will survive.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last Updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice through the Service or by other means. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably through good-faith discussions. Any dispute that cannot be resolved will be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, before a sole arbitrator mutually agreed by the parties (failing which, appointed in accordance with that Act). The seat and venue of arbitration will be Bengaluru, India, and the proceedings will be conducted in English. Subject to the foregoing, the courts at Bengaluru, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter arising out of or relating to these Terms.

• These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any policies referenced in them, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
• If any provision is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
• Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
• You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
